Agenda of meeting:
1. Read the proceedings of last General Body meeting and seek approval
2. Inform the members about the Sewa perfomed during previous year
3. Inform the previous year income/expenditure and seek approval
4. Finalize the date for organising the forthcoming Pawan Prakash purab of Shri Guru Har Rai Sahib Ji
5. Discuss the itinerary & seek approval for Shri Hazur Sahib Ji di Yatra
6. Discuss the plan to obtain office at Sher-e-Punjab Gurudwara, Andheri
7. With respect to above discuss about exisiting Fort office
