- Share the financial details ( Collection & Payment made during last two years) and seek approval of members
- Honour the members
- Discuss Shri Hazur Sahib Yatra details and seek members permission
- Appoint the interim President and take his approval for further proceeding
- Elect the New 20 member Managing Committee for next two years through Election
Note: - Request each member to be present in Meeting
- Langar will be served after Meeting
- Any member can participate in election process
