- Inform the members about the Sewa performed during previous year
- Inform the previous year income/expenditure and seek approval
- Discuss the itinerary & seek approval for Shri Hazur Sahib Ji di Yatra
- Discuss about the local Sewa's like at Chembur, Chunabhatti etc
