Following is Agenda of Meeting:
Read the proceedings of last General Body meeting and seek approval
Inform the members about the Sewa performed during previous year
Inform the previous year income/expenditure and seek approval
Discuss the itinerary & seek approval for Shri Hazur Sahib Ji di Yatra
Discuss about the Sri Guru Har Rai Sahibji Sewa
Honour the members
