Members are requested to attend the General Body Meeting on 15th August 2018 (Wednesday) - 11AM at 3rd Floor Seminar Hall, Gurudwara Singh Sabha, Dadar
Following is Agenda of Meeting:- Share details of previous General body meeting and seek approval of members
- Share details of Sewa's performed in last year
- Share the financial details ( Collection & Payment made during last two years) and seek approval of members
- Discuss Shri Hazur Sahib Yatra details and seek members permission
- Discuss regarding organizing of Guru Har Rai Sahebji Prakash Purab
- Honour the members and felicitation of Std X, XII (2018) Meritorious Students
- Discussion related to local sewas
- Appoint the interim President and take his approval for further proceeding
- Elect the New 20 member Managing Committee for next two years through Election
Note:- Request each member to be present in Meeting
- Langar / Tea arranged for the participant
- Felicitation of Std X, XII (2018) Meritorious Students scoring more than 70%. Request to also bring the students and copy of their marksheet for the meeting.
- Members who have any items related to Jatha with them, request you to handover the same after meeting
