- Inform the previous year income/expenditure and seek approval
- Discuss the itinerary & seek approval for Shri Hazur Sahib Ji di Yatra
- Discuss the itinerary & seek approval for Shri Nanak Jhira Sahib Ji di Yatra
- Discuss about the Sri Guru Har Rai Sahibji Sewa
- Felicitation of Std X, XII (2019) Meritorious Students scoring more than 70%.
- Discuss about local Sewa's
