S. Balwinder Singh earlier elected as Asst. Secretary was Handed over the charge of General Secretary, which was vacated following resignation of S.Kirpal Singh (Went abroad)

S. Chandrashekar Singh was handed over charge of Asst. Secretary (vacated by S.Balwinder Singh)
